I've gotten several responses that started with "Nice response." To me, that in itself was a red flag, reminding me of typical blog spam replies that were common something like 20 years ago. But I'm glad I didn't bother to check it out further. It's similar on YouTube. I've gotten to the point that I don't trust any replies from large accounts, especially if they want me to click on a link to another site.
