I get your point, but in these weird times, many people "live" in places for years without really feeling connected to them. Having passed through and stayed, sometimes for multiple years, in many places in several countries over the years, I'm reluctant to say I "live" anywhere. I guess, technically, the term "nomad," even the digital kind, implies one doesn't have a permanent home. But it's certain people will use terms like lived, visited, stayed, etc. in many ways and it's hard to make a strong case for an exact definition in such chaotic times.
